Fishing report for:

Wolf River in Fremont, Wisconsin - April 12th, 2011

This report provided by: Capt Louis Woods of Wolf River Outfitters

What a weekend we ran out of bait. The first time ever at the resort. If you are looking for white bass the fishing is still good keep it simple with a split shot and minnow. The rock in Fremont are good right now.

The blue gill are spawning right now. This is a great time to get some in the freezer. Try the back bays with wax worms. I really like to use red worms right now.

We are catching some nice Northern pike right now. We had on 42 inch Muskie last weekend.

To end this up the fishing is outstanding so head up.

Enjoy The Fight

Louis
