It’s a windy day in the north woods, but luckily there are places that we can hide and catch fish. Jeff Winters is our guide, and he has us casting for beautiful Wisconsin walleyes. These walleyes are biting very light today, so we need to let them eat for a few seconds before we set the hook. We are fishing weeds using jigs and minnows, today is a live bait day!

Larry Smith is our guide on a wind swept day, where we try to duck out of the wind, but find that the fish are only in the windiest areas. We are targeting walleyes, casting in 6-10 feet of water using Berkley Flicker Shads. We catch some really nice eater walleyes, so our winners can take home a fish fry. We also happen upon some fantastic jumbo trophy small mouth bass.
We had a great time, thanks to our winners for joining us!
