Muskies & Rain

This week we headed to Vilas County to target muskies, but mother nature wanted to get in the way. We thought we had great muskie weather, but fishing is still fishing, and not catching.  Always fun to get in the boat with Rob Manthei and Pete Maina!

We’re excited to be back among our friends at Andy Myers Lodge on Beautiful Eagle Lake in Ontario.  Eagle Lake is an amazing fishery, offering anglers a good amount of diversity, so there are a lot of different species to target. 

We’re staying focused during our trip, focusing solely on walleye, meaning that we’re trophy hunting, and we were not let down!

Always a pleasure to spend some time at Andy Myers Lodge on beautiful Eagle Lake. We caught some jumbo walleyes, and had a blast hanging out at their beautiful lodge. Tune in this weekend!
